Puppy will not walk with a harness and leash. Suggestions?

Put the harness on her and even if she takes a little step give her a treat and praise her, maybe she might get used to it. Try to do this every single day. When it comes nice and sunny out you should take her out like 3 times a day and if she walks praise her a lot and give her treats and toys. Show her the concept that if she does something good she will get rewarded. So try to do this very often and do it a lot in your house so she can get used to it I hoped I helped!
