I have a question about weather or not i should note in my asthma journal that i had a fever the other day?

the other day i felt blah and tired, kinda felt like i could throw up, (not because of my stomach) to much phlegm i guess. that day i also had a fever of 99.1 and i say that because it was 2 degrees above my normal which is in the low 97's. i was just wondering if i should put that information in my asthma journal or not.
