Why Isn't My Message Tone Sound Working On My Blackberry Curve?

have you checked that you have set the right thing for a SMS tone? it took me ages to figure out which one was the tone for SMS. have you gone into options then gone profiles(ringtones) and then pressed the menu key and gone edit then gone down to SMS text and made sure none of it is on mute and it is all set to how you want it? I think thats how it works thats how i did mine, also if that doesnt work try going into the help part on the menu?
