Was told I had an ovarian cysts rupture last week. Is it still possible to be in pain?

I don't understand why they didn't do a trans l ultrasound at the hospital, I had to have emergency surgery last month to remove an ovary that had twisted due to a large cyst, and it sounds like you were in a great deal more pain than I was, make your gyn see you immediately or go to a different hospital, if it has twisted like my did it could become necrotic and life threatening.
