sounds like an apparition did you just move there if so search for the history of that house talk to your parents about what you saw and explain to them that your serious and you want to be on the safe side get together and see if they are okay with it or do they want to get specialist involved to make sure its friendly you don't want a bad spirit in trapped in your house not to scare you just trying to help and what you saw was either a maniac trying to steal your broom but seen your mom pull up in the drive way or a repeating apparition which means a visible full body ghost or spirit hope that helps...
