Do i have damaged ears or what?

I've been listening 2 music and stuff and my ears r like rining every 3 hours or so. They stop like in 5 seconds... I'm worrried if i have damaged ears. I have even listened 2 my music on my iPod clic at the lowest volume level with JVC Gummy headphones and my ears still ring. Are my ears okay? Will i b deaf in the near future??? HELP ME!
