1 month old wont sleep?

My baby girl is 1 mth today. She refuses to sleep during the night. She stays up a lot during the day, so I ume she might sleep at night. I put her to bed around 11:00 pm shes up by 1:00 am and she stays up until 6:00 am usually. Im just wondering if anyone else has had this same problem, and if there is anything you can suggest that I could do to help her sleep. Thanks a lot.
