Why does Comedy Central play the same unfunny movies from the 90's over and over every day?

House Party II? Hangin' with the Homeboys? Idiocracy? That stupid movie with the alien named meat head? Why can't they play a rerun of Reno or something instead of this crap over and over everyday? At least go back to playing Dogma hundreds of times in a week.
