Is it okay when my boyfriend does this?

Recently, I've been talking to my friends about how the other day my boyfriend and I got in a fight, and I was very distracted when he told me "Eat my bag, you're a c***" Please don't remove my question because of that lol, anyways, so when I told my friends this, they couldn't believe it, but then they asked how I didn't notice him being rude to me in the first place, all the time, calling me stupid, and overreacting if I say No. We bicker a lot, we've been together for two years, and I've called it quits before, but maybe I should do it for good this time... Because I'm only 18, and already we act like a married couple and I don't want that.
