Cant figure out the problem with my car...?

I have an '07 scion tc and whenever it hits a bump in the road on the right front tire it sounds like the wheel is about to fall off, but i pulled the wheel off and nothing looks out of place with the brakes or suspension and the lugs were tightened on with an impact gun. and im now at a loss for what this could be.
