Sidebangs with pink highlights is very cute. I've seen a lot of girls with it, andnot once has it looked bad. Tips on the other hand.. are you talking about the tips of your bangs or the tips of your hair? The tips of your bangs would look very cute with pink, but I'm still leaning towards the pink highlights. However, if you mean the tips of your hair, then don't do it.
