Scottish / Scottish Gaelic?

Im interested in learning a new language and i was thinking about scottish. I was told that scottish and scottish gaelic are two different languages, and im not sure what is spoken the most. Also i can't find a scottish learning program i thought rosetta stone had one but it looks like i was wrong.
