MYSPACE DRAMA PLZ HELP!!!?

well i just started going with somebody and i looked at his myspace and its a girl on his page sayin ms.baylor (his last name) and she sayin stuff like "we aint neva gonna leave each" other and "i love u hubby" and he put her on his numba 1 friend do u think i should confront him?what should i do?
