Is it possible to leave the country when on personal recognizance for a felony charge?

If I were you, I wouldn't leave. I f you go on the cruise, and a court date is set during that time, and you don't show up, you will have a warrant out for your arrest. Don't go. It's going to cost you more in the long run.
