How can I get this girl to notice me?

Last year this girl started at my school she is half english half russian and I am totally in love with her. She is just so different from all the other girls in school. She is really smart and very beautiful a bit like a young Rachel Weisz. She gets the best grades in all her subjects and it's like she doesn't even have to try. Her dad is teaching Astronomy at the local college and that is a big pion of hers as is art, photography, maths, politics, philosophy and music. She plays piano and cello but refuses to join the school band because she prefers to play alone. She doesn't really seem to have any friends and spends all her breaks reading or drawing alone although she does rally everyone round form time to time to raise money or awareness for various causes. Some of the girls are mean about her but she doesn't even notice as she is not even on their plain at all but always lost in her own thoughts. I'd like to be her boyfriend but I don't even know how to get her to notice me?
