Anyone for Tacical long range rifle scope Problem?

I'm using Tally one integrated bases on my new 7mm RM a bolt rifle on which barska 10-40X50 SWAT is aiming on it.Recently i did the sight in and when i was done my elevation dial was almost maxed out, i barely got only few inches of correction left,what should i now,did i put these bases at wrong position,i did use the fat wrench for installing the scope,Can i buy any additional support for this type of situation to lift the rear base up,any suggestion would be appreciated.Thank you.
