How does a tomboy dress nice without looking girly...?

Well i can't think of anything, The point for dresses is to look feminine and tomboys are supposed to look like boys. Just do whatever you want i have a friend she went to prom in jeans and a tank top. It just shows your different and not so cliche like everyone else
