Science Question about solubility?

if something is more soluble will it dissolve faster in water. ex: 216g of sodium nitrate can dissolve in 100ml of water at 20 degrees Celsius. will it dissolve quicker then baking soda which is 10g 100ml of water at 20 degree Celsius
