Question for single people in their 30's?

I'm finding it difficult to really find good, decent men. Has anyone had good success in dating websites? I've tried myspace, plentyoffish and yahoo personals. On yahoo, I did find someone normal & decent but it just didn't work out. What I mean by normal & decent, is a man not wanting to jump to right away. I like to take my time and not be pushed into that. I love as much as the next person but I'm tired of the same ole bit. The other two websites are men only looking for some action. It would just be nice to establish a friendship first and then possibly go from there. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
