Can I wear burgundy (dark red) colored tops? I'm a blonde with blue eyes..?

I'm blonde too and have this fabulous burgundy shirt from Express and I get compliments on the color all the time. That's the good thing about being blonde with a medium skin tone. You can pull off anything except yellow
